Course Overview

    The shipping sector is a dynamic and international economically related sector which is capital intensive. In order to be successful in the shipping and port related industries, an intense understanding of the dynamics is required, and right decisions have to be made.

    This course is designed for senior managers, managers who work in the shipping departments of industries as well as consultancy professionals in finance, management and legal who want to have a solid grasp of how maritime logistics and supply chain management function, along with the ability to analyze, plan, and optimize these operations for efficiency and effectiveness in the global trade landscape.
